Trinity Church in the Pines - Volunteers Needed

– Will you answer the call?

Trinity Church has one full time paid employee (Pastor David) and one part time paid employee (Deann Tibbetts).  It is amazing the number of things that need to be done.  We are blessed to have so many volunteers step up to do those things. To coordinate all the various needs of the church throughout the year, we now have a volunteer coordinator.  Thank you, Karen Gilbert, for stepping up to handle this important task

Karen will keep the master list of tasks that volunteers are needed for.  We will post those in the newsletter, the bulletin and on the website to make sure everyone is aware of opportunities to serve.  There are also pint hearts downstairs on the bulletin board.  Check them out.  Pray about it and hopefully out of love for our Lord and our wonderful church you will be moved to step up and give of your time and talents.  Thank you in advance for accepting His call.  At the present time, here are the various needs of the church.  Please contact Karen to sign up!! 

1)      Collation and stapling of directory every 2 or 3 months. 

2)      Organizing articles, photos, etc for Trinity scrapbook – probably 1 hour a month.

Also please let Karen know if there are areas of service you would be willing to do.  She will maintain that list as well to help fill needs as they come up.

Please join us in prayer as to how you can step up and serve by giving of your time, talents and treasures.  Seek the Lord’s will while you pray with us.   His word from 1^st  Corinthians 12:5-7 – There are different ways God works in our lives, but it is the same God who does the work through all of us.  A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the entire church.
